It's a company based in Georgia. I hadn't heard of them and am curious about their group bookings.
Has anyone had any experience with "Caribbean Dive Tours"?

hmmmm...... I googled them and checked out their website. I don't like that they tell you to do all the research and then call them. Sounds like they want you to do the work, then they call and book you and they receive a travel agent discount/kickback. It may be completely legit and may not.
Personally, I stick with a known quantity - like BayAdventures or Caradonna or DiveTrip or Ultimatedivetravel or ReefandRainforest. All of those companies have good rep and get really good deals (in fact they all usually advertise the same exact deal for resorts) and often much better than you can get dealing directly with the same resorts. Yes, they get a kickback for booking you, but they still get you a great deal (as I said, often better than you could get doing it on your own) and they also guarantee you get what you pay for. I would do business with any of those companies without question.
