Just like the question asked...we put some license plate frames in Broken Bow, Oklahoma as well as Table Rock, Missouri....

Let us know if you found these just out of curiosity!!

No, but I do not dive the Table Rock damm area since there are so many better places in the lake to dive like:

The Kimberling Bridge:

The Zebulon Pike wreck:

The Lost City of Oasis (or wildly exaggerated rubble pile--lol):

Nemrod -- what are you using to generate these sonar images?

URL please. I really didn't want to get that car anyways. :) :)

It is a Humminbird 987c. The 987c is no longer produced, the current version is the 997c which has some upgrades and of course always something they screwed up. It operates at a higher frequency than the 987c which produces better images in freshwater but less so in saltwater. You can have Humminbird configure a 997c to use the 987c transducer and then it is the BOMB! Also there is a 797c which runs much less money but works just as nice, smaller screen. It sells under a 1,000 dollars with preloaded maps and the 997c is close to 2,000 with preloaded maps. None of these units work well below 100 feet however--as you can see--they do produce useful info at sub 100 foot depths. Thye can help you find cool stuff, verify a site etc, a tool and a toy for your boat. I love mine but thta is me. Hope this helps--no, a license plate would not show on it--lol. I suggest the 797c with preloaded maps, the screen is smaller but very sharp, I like it a bunch. Here is the link to a forum of Humminbird users, most are fisherman but some are divers, treasure hunters etc. Also do a search for Humminbird--not Hummingbird.

Here is a cool one, see the downlooking sonar scan the same image that is being side scanned, splitscreen function, I think I see a door in that building:

Here it is installed with the cover on it in the console:

The transducer mounted to starboard so I don't have to drill holes in my transom all over the place:

Good luck.
