Has anyone been to Palau Wen (I;m looking for information!)

If you have been to Palau Wen, I'd love some information! I'm traveling on a backpackers budget & like local experience/home stays but safe dive shops.

Whats the best season to go?

Whats your favorite place to stay
your favorite dive shops
your favorite dives ;-)

And any other great tips on transport/costs/etc!

I haven't been to Pulau (not palau) Weh but will be there on July 09; will be staying and diving with Lumba-lumba at gapang beach. Other choice is Iboih beach with Rubiah Tirta diver, probably cheaper unfortunately they don't respond my e-mail. Accomodation at Lumba-lumba is euro 25/night but according lumba-lumba website you can get as low as euro 3.5/night for other budget accomodation.
