I seem to be having an impossible task of finding something to act like a bcd vest for free diving. It seems like all the diveshops are sold out and can't order anything from the suppliers. Does anyone else seem to have a hard time finding free diving gear. I liked the look of a moreay system with weight pockets under the arms. I'm looking for something I can just throw some soft weights on as I have plenty of diving weights and a 12lb soft weight belt. I'm diving a 5mm and 12lbs way to light so I need to add some more weight to a chest mount or something like it. I found a few shops but the size I need is sold out and back ordered

I also called semi local 7 diveshops and went to 2 today to find it.

I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for, but it seems like you might be looking for a weighted freedive vest. These will help distribute the weight and are quick and easy to ditch in an emergency.
