Hi,
I joined this board for pretty limited purposes; although in the far distant past I got certified, diving is not a major interest. I do photography and am considering a snorkeling trip largely for the purpose of shooting humpback whales at distances of 15-50 feet, so I have questions about camera/lens/housing options. I suppose that the underwater photography forum is where I should be, and I'll head there next, unless someone has better advice.
So this is just by way of introducing myself, and if anyone is interested in my considered adventure, I'd be happy to pass on the details.
