We had a discussion for a few days but when I expressed the kit would be $800 USD the conversation stopped. Halcyon is expensive and I’ve only used mine for 2 years so far. I don’t currently want to sell it on a large discount.

The kit current sells for $1030.00 new on Diverseekers. He didn't even counter to negotiate. Maybe I've been dealing with craigslist people for too long.

I won that exact system, minus the weighted STA, with a 40lb wing, three years ago at an event, and it was retailing for just under $900. I believe. It goes for $975 on Extreme Exposure’s website currently. Just looked it up.

I probably wasn't clear then, I was expecting a counter offer of $600 or $650. That's just how I barter for equipment. It doesn't matter now since I've made it my primary kit, I just love the thing. Highly recommend Halcyon equipment.

I'll offer $400, which is what I paid for my entire system new, and throw the quick cinch in the trash with the rest of them.
