Hi,

Thanks for the help yesterday with questions about setting the light up properly.

I think I made a mistake when I was trying to charge it.

If you are not familiar with the charging system, you have to thread the battery into the charging base. I did not know how tight to do it so I think I over tightened it. The light was charged so I cant seem to make it charge again until I use it. I am afraid that I may have overtightened it and damaged it. The light still comes on, I am just worried that I may have compromised its safety or functions.

Thank you for all the help

It only need to be snug for charging and while in use.
Turn it on and throw it in the bathtub for a few hours to drain the battery; then connect the battery to the charger again and see if it charges (red light).

What makes you think you may have damaged it?
Your light comes on, perhaps it's all still good to go.

Is there visible damage to the charger itself?

Thanks, It seems to be charging ok. I was just concerned because I tightened it more than snug.

How long should it be charging for. I have had it on for 1 hour. It has not been used yet.

How long is to long before I should worry that it is not charging properly?

Mine take about 2 hours to charge after a full day of diving.

Thanks Pull, I have not had it in the water yet. I will tomorrow. I think I will dive it once and then see how well it charges.

Thanks for the help before
