Halcyon Blem Stainless Steel Backplate and Harness, New, as per photo.

The plate has some cosmetic issues such as scratches and is stamped "BLEM" on the back of the plate. This also has black webbing and crotch strap, and the older Scubapro buckle which was standard before Halcyon had their own mold made for the buckles.

US$ 160 shipped CONUS, payment via paypal.com to my personal account (to be informed by e-mail or PM).

Shipping from So. California via USPS Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation, insurance extra at cost ($2.75 for $200 coverage).
