Too much gear need to lighten the load. Halcyon 13.5 AH- 18 Watt HID primary light- NiMH pack new 6-18 (Had it made for $250). It is not LED but it works very well
This light head is 10 years old, never flooded. I turned it on, don't have time for a burn test. no warranty. The ballast and the lamp worked as of today.

Might have trouble finding a replacement bulb. That Welch Allyn 18/24W HID bulb hasn't been made in over 10 years.
