Did anyone other then Matt, Ed and myself get hit by that hail storm on Saturday? We were headed to the Jamison and had just tied up and all of a sudden the lightening, wind, rain and HAIL started to come down. It was the strangest thing I have ever seen. We finally made it back to shore but not without Ed getting pelted with hail and a few bone rattling wave crashes.

Brockville had some pretty heavy rain come thru, but luckly, no Hail.

We had hail in Brockville on Saturday...I came up just as it was finishing to find everyone on the boat huddled in the pilot house.

We didn't have the pilot house. It was an open Zodiac. Luckily 2 of us were in dive gear but the driver was totally unprotected. Matt stood over Ed to protect him but it was not good. I have never been banged around that much in my life. The last two days I have been paying for it with my back. Lots of pain killers and anti inflamitories. I couldn't even dive on Sunday because I couldn't lift my kit.

I didn't see any either, in Brockville............. of course buddy & I spent an hour under, but we thought we got out just before all the 'excitement' really started...

Funny thing - nothing cleans all the divers out of an area faster than a good rain! Weird, they just don't seem to like getting wet............... :D

It was the winds and the lightning and hail. I can dive during a rain but not during a lightning storm.

The rain was hard though. The size of small golf balls. They hurt!!!
