They are depth rated to 200' and the player is model IFP-380T. Includes the earbuds, o-ring grease, documentation, download cable, and spare o-ring.

The only 1GB unit I have is for the 300' housing and is only being sold as an upgrade from the 512MB if the buyer wants it.
