I was in Guam on Business in 2003 and did a number of dives there. I enjoy the diving there the water was between 81-84 in January to March. The viz ranged from 30-35 at some locations in Apra Harbor to over 200 on some of the reef's. The double wrecks of Cormoran (WW I) & the Tokai Maru (WW II) is a must do. The fish life is typical western Pacific Torpical including anemones, Lionfish, cuttlefish some turtles etc. I dove with Micronesian Divers Assn (MDA) & they did a great job.

Hotels on the island are geared toward Janpanese tourists. They include a Hyatt Regency, Hilton, Marriott & Westin amoung the US Brands. There are other, possibly less expensive hotels but I do not believe there are many "Dive packages " seen at other Dive destinations. Check wiht MDA's website they may be able to help.

The "Santa Fe" is a great hotel, but like CA Diver said there aren't really and dive packages that I know of. If you get a chance dive Gab Gab. From what I hear it's the largest formation of Plate Coral in the world, and it is amazing! You'll feel like you're in another world
