i am am a newly certified OW novice. I have been snorkeling and skin diving for many years and decided to go further with my love for the underwater world. Being landlocked, I will certainly have to limit my diving to just a few dives per year. I'm just not real interested in lake diving around here because of the visibility factor. Had a great OW instructor and I am very comfortable in the water and am very technical about equipment and procedures I've been trained on. I'm looking at making my real first dives in Cozumel before the end of October.
