Hello Forum,
I thought I'd post a "feeler" post before I spend some time crafting a lengthier post. Thus if the post is not welcomed here, I'll move on. ;)
I'm a 47 year old motorcyclist from Minneapolis, Minnesota. I'm not a scuba diver but our sports/passions share some very similar characteristics. One of which is that although our passions aren't inherently dangerous, they are very unforgiving of mistakes.
I'm a very active member (10k miles a year recreational riding) of a sport-bike riding organization and we are experiencing some growing pains (?) in establishing ground rules for our rides. May I post a series of questions relating to group settings and ask how you folks address certain issues?

Thanks,
Greg (not a scuba diver, but fascinate by it :D )
