Greetings from sunny southern California.

I grew up around the ocean and started diving in the 1970's, into the 80's with a stint cleaning boat bottoms. By the early/mid 90's I moved on to other things and other jobs and places! Medical reasons preclude me from getting back into the sport nowadays, however I can live (or re-live) vicariously through sites like this. I hope to read plenty of articles on what all you current-day divers are doing.

The SoCal forum is humming this spring. I can't wait to get back in the water there again.

There is a delightful thread about hull cleaning that hasn't seen an update recently, but there have been several other smaller siblings in the commercial diver forum.
