I'm new here.
I am hoping to get back into more diving in the coming years.
Born and raised in the UK, traveled and worked quite a few countries. Lived and worked in medicine in one form or another in the States since 1980

I was a Divemaster in Grand Cayman 1980 and an Instructor with several specialties 83 - 89 or so in Southern California. I also loved to Free dive.
Dove 2 years ago on a great 2 week dive trip to Cozumel and again last year getting my 3 teens certified after having not dove in 19 years !
I spent 30 years rock climbing but I'm feeling the need to return to the ocean and get back into that world

Cheers
Aidan

Welcome to ScubaBoard @Aidan Two Sheds. Glad you decided to join our friendly forum.

Hi!

Whereabouts in the UK? A good friend lives in Bolton, near Manchester.

Placerville? I’ve driven by there many times whilst on my way to South Lake Tahoe: it’s not exactly like being in SoCal!

Anyhow, welcome back to scuba and welcome to the ScubaBoard!

Joe
