Nope, nobody could really do that because there are simply too many excellent places to dive in the Great lakes. You might be better served by picking one of the lakes and focusing in on a particular region. The good news is that it is hard to go wrong.
 
I'd certainlly recommend Port Sanilac or Alpena if you happen to venture toward the eastern part of Michigan. Lake Huron is a very special place to dive. Excellent wrecks and pretty good vis.

The Straits, Port Huron area, there is a ton of good diving out of Munising, it is hard to go wrong!

Dress warm and you have a lifetime of great diving available to you.
