I just got the DVD "Coral Reef Adventure IMAX" and it has incredible video of Fiji, Tahiti, and Great Barrier reef areas. Really worth the $$$ if you are at all interested in learning about coral also.
I've had that DVD for about a year and yes, it's spectacular, but sort of corny in parts with the commentary and dialog.
Another DVD I would highly recommend is "Coral Sea Dreaming" by David Hannan.
From the back cover of it, as I read right now:
"A beautiful beautiful film - National Geographic"
"Sit back, relax and dive into the spectacular undersea world of the Great Barrier Reef. Discover crystal clear video, cool dolby digital music, and exotic fish of every color of the rainbow"
No Words, just 82 minutes of great original music and stunning images. You can also turn on a subtitle feature, that identifies each creature getting shown.
I put this DVD on when-ever guests come over, and it's awesome on my 65" TV.
Coral Sea Dreaming, as the name implies, moves *very* slowly in places, but the video is excellent by really any measure. OTOH, its sometimes hard to explain to a non-diver why you'd want to watch coral spawn.
Howard Hall, who did Coral Reef Adventure, has also done a number of other decent UW DVDs, but those shots of Fijean (sp?) and Tahitian reefs are the best I've ever seen.
