Weather was good Vis at 72 feet about 20' we got a ton of scallops the meat was about the 1 1/2 to 2 across and about 1 to 1 1/4 high. didn't have to go to far to fill the catch bag. ran into a few lobsters but no room to bagem ;-)

Fresh caught by hand , marinated in olive oil, roasted garlic tyme salt and pepper and a hint of cayenne pepper for a back drop,and a dash of fresh squezed lemon. Then pan seared on med high heat in olive oil. about 1.5 to 2.0 mins on each side
