It's been a long time since I've said this, but we had forty feet of visibility today! I photographed eight individual Giant Sea Bass for the Spotting Sea Bass count. Merry was photobombed by a Broomtail Grouper while shooting GSBs. We're going back tomorrow to try for better photos.

Great shots! I finally saw my first giant black sea bass on a Malibu beach dive the other week. We were a ways off shore, I turned around and there he was. My buddy looked up when he heard me yelling in my regulator
