Located just 3/4 miles from downtown, Sunset House is situated in a quiet, cruise-ship-free zone. Renowned for its shore diving & snorkeling, the resort also offers a pool with waterfall, Jacuzzi, and even a sea pool with direct access to the Caribbean. All this, combined with a fleet of 5 well-equipped dive boats, provides just about everything snorkelers and divers could ask for. All rooms subject to availability at time of reservation!

Oceanview Room Rates:

• Diver $1740 p/p, based on double occupancy
• Non-diver $1045 p/p, based on double occupancy
• Diver $2445 p/p, based on single occupancy

Payments:

• $300 p/p non-refundable deposit due at time of reservation
• 2nd Payment of $600 p/p due November 1, 2014
• Final payment due on or before April 1, 2015 to avoid cancellation. No refunds after April 1, 2015!
