Was looking for help on shooting some macro with my gopro hero 7. Have a macromate, but its super difficult to get that close to the subjects, especially with dual video lights on a tray. now I usually just use the minimate, but was looking to see if there was something with a bit of magnification and found the Polar Switchblade7 with 5X magnification.
Does anyone have experience with it? Or any other solutions?
Thanks for any help!

I have that filter set and it works really well. This is a full length video I made a few weeks ago. You can see me switch the magnifying lens on and off. I'm using the magenta filter in our green waters while diving off Nubble Lighthouse here in Maine. We were at 35 feet with around 15-20 feet of visibility
at 7:40, 13:00 and 26:00 you can see me switch back and forth.

Wow, nice upload. Looks good. Thank you.
Did u try to pull stills off the footage? Did they come out OK?

I did but the software I used didn't work all that great.
