... what are y'all using for video light set ups for GoPro's (I have a GP 4 black) if that makes a difference.
 
iTorch 6+. Nice light - small and pretty powerful. I may try out a 7 just to see what 5000 lumens versus 2800 does for me.
 
Depends on what conditions you are diving in. When I was in Mexico a small single 600 lumen light was enough. In Florida and the Midwest I'm using a pair of 7500 lumen lights. (GP silver 3)

I use a pair of sola 4k.

Usually on 2000lumen, but do crank it up/down sometimes
