Anyone ever use or see video from one of these little cameras? It looks very interesting for use underwater. I have not been able to find information on Scuba Board or elsewhere on suitability for diving. Saw some video on YouTube where folks had taken them on dives.

They are rated to 180 feet. Not sure how well they would operate in low light levels.

Here is a link if you want to see more: GoPro Official Store: Wearable Digital Cameras for Sports

Anyway, interested to see if anyone had experience with them.

Thanks,

Don,

Thanks! Plenty of info on the thread you posted and the links I found there.

Look the two videos of the Manta Rays here: Herradura Divers | Facebook

They where made with a Go Pro HD Hero.

I find the cam very cool, extremly small, 180° fisheye, decent videos.
Something to have in your BCD pocket to have it ready when you need it or attached to a helmet, goodman handle and let it record the whole dive.

Chris,

Thanks - the videos look pretty good. I think I am going to invest in the camera and hope to see a flat lens kit from GoPro soon.
