Visited the Beneath the Sea expo in New Jersey last weekend. Had the fortune to bump into the guys from Beneath the Surface that sells modular underwater tray and arm system at VERY reasonable prices.
I had been looking for a tray/handle combo primarily to add some mass to improve stability for my Gopro HD camera, and possibly a flex arm to attach a UK light cannon hid that was taken up space in my closet.
BTS was able to hook me up with the tray, handle, flex attachment, flex arm including light cannon attachment, and a custom lanyard for... $144. YES that's only $144 for the entire setup. Needless to say these guys made my day (and that's even after I found out later that day that my car needed a new transmission).
Haven't had a chance to try it out yet. Given the weight of the relatively heavy UK light cannon and the rest of the setup the entire system is negatively buoyant by approx 1lb 4oz. I've ordered some PVC foam to make floats to get the system close to neutral.
