OK, here's my tale. I'm shooting a documentary in Hawaii with several housed SLR's and my go pro Hero . It drowns. Don't know why, all seals OK, etc. I know what I'm doing. I call CS at Gopro and Joshua there says no problem send it back see what we can do. I rush off to the USPS in Lahina and off it goes...BUT, I forget to get a tracking number and for three weeks its lost between USPS and Gopro. Yesterday, he finds it, today, they are sending me out a new outfit to replace the one that went all wet on me. The Tale? GoPro has always had GREAT customer service in the past when I had some technical issues and even if they had not come correct and hooked me up with a replacement for the drowned rig, i would still say this. These guys are great! I use my footage from the gopro on a regular basis for various shows I shoot and I just love the camera. But most of you already know that. Just wanted to go public and thank Joshua and GoPro for their outstanding customer service and great products!
