It seems like it is common to bash a company when things don't go right, and not say a word when things do go right.
I recently sent an email to Underwater Kinetics reguarding my backup light, which is a SL-4, that had flooded. Within hours, I had a reply to my email. I was instructed to return it to the factory so their techs could see where it was leaking. About a week later, I had a brand new light.
With this kind of service, I felt that they deserve a 'pat on the back'.
