I am going to be in Egypt in a couple of weeks time, and i plan to get my PADI open water. Can anyone recommend a good outfit in Dahab to do this course with?

Not sure if you've left or not, but I did my open water out in Dahab. The outfit I went with was reef2000, which is attached to the Bedouin Moon hotel which is a mile or two outside of the main town (grab a cab - they'll know where to go). It was a few years ago now, but I would recommend them if they haven't changed,

Nesima are a very professional dive centre. They are one of the few in Egypt that I have seen check qualifications.
A couple of others I would recommend are Orca and Fantasea. They have both been around a long time and have good equipment.
I've heard good things about reef2000 too, but I have no experience of them and they are a bit out of town.
