Hi All,

I’m going to be on Oahu the last week of November and have a day or two set aside for diving. I’d like to hear about your favorite dive operators (and ones you'd avoid). I’m OW certified with less than 50 logged dives and am hopping to get some good underwater pictures of the local critters. I’ll be with two other divers (my wife doesn’t dive so the three of us dive as a buddy team).

Ideas?

Thanks.

I used Aaron's on Oahu last year and they were great. They have a store in Kailua and they do pickups in Waikiki.

Thanks,

Aarons looks pretty good. Can you recommend any of the dive sites they charter to?

Dave

I was there in May so the North Shore was accessible for divers...they have some great lava swim thru's in dive sites just off the famous pipeline beaches. I doubt you will be able to dive the north side in November because of the famous winter swells that surfers flock to!

Also on the west side "Wanae" they have some shallow reef dives where you can see dozens of sea turtles.

Another great dive in Oahu is the M/V Mahi wreck and it has a resident frogfish.

Have a blast.
