Before I left on vacation, on August 8th, I was supposed to book my daughters B-Day party at the local waterpark. That morning I realized I had forgotten to do it. I grabbed the invitations, which were addressed, stamped etc. All they needed were the time of the party. When we landed at LAX I called, long distance & booked the party. Now, in both O'Hare & Midway mailboxes are available after you clear security. I was in the gate area of LAX & asked a man sweeping the floor where the mailbox was. He told me there wasn't one at LAX. I was panicked. How was I going to get these out in time f/ the 24th?

This man then offered to mail them for me, when he got off of work. I told him they were for my little girls birthday & asked him not to forget. He promised he would mail them f/ me.

On Tuesday I started getting phone calls from the kids we invited. This kind man actually mailed my invitations, like he promised. He helped a total stranger, out of the goodness of his heart.

Isn't it a wonderful feeling knowing that there are still kind, sincerely nice people out there.... That is a great little thing to have shared.... Thanks!
