Hi all I lost a fin on a recent snorkel trip. It was a open heel TUSA. What can you guys recommend for a cheap good open fin? I'll be buying local so if in addition you know of a reasonable place to buy gear in Tampa. Thanks

A hundred bucks is too much for "budget" fins, and, as you say, try EBay. Try the XS Scuba Power Fin or USD Blades (original). For local info try Spearboard. Half of those guys are from Tampa.

I got my turtles on Ebay for $60 and I'm very happy with those. Like Walter said, those jetfin style fins will be with you forever. If you want really cheap maybe a set of Aqualung Blades. I use those when I dive wet. Nothing fancy but they do the trick. You can probably pick up those for around $30 or cheaper.

I just picked up a pair of Jets on eBay for $20. Perfect condition.

They cost about $7.00 to produce. You got a good deal.
