Going to cozumel in two weeksa and looking for a good(cheap) underwater camera. Saw some on LP for around $90-100. any input on these?

Good and cheap in a sentence about cameras is an oxymoron! To have an opinion, I'd have to know more about which camera you're talking about.
It also depends on your definition of 'good'. Good enough to recognise what the subject is or good enough to emlarge to hang on the wall? There's a very large difference between good for one and good for the other.
Just remember 'you get what you pay for' applies especially to cameras!
