Ordered a harness from GG, it arrived missing a part. sent an email and a photo, they said "yup, we'll get it shipped out tomorrow"...

they shipped it overnight express (when I had used their cheapest shipping option on the purchase)

really pleased both with the communication and going above and beyond by shipping overnight.
 
Golem Gear Order Problems

The entirety of this was finally resolved at the end of August after I asked if I needed to initiate a chargeback.
