I avoid using picks by displacing orings between my thumb and forefinger, doesn't matter which hand

RecommendationThanks guys
Remove each used Oring and lay it next to the associated part. Work through the package of new orings one by one matching new to old. Some are mere millimeters different in size and it takes serious focused effort to make sure the 20x1.5mm and the 22x1.5mm or the 16x1.5mm and 16x2mm etc don't get accidentally swapped.
