Golden Week diving??

I'm itching to leave the madness of Japan for Golden Week but I have no iea where to go. Any suggestions? Something close like Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, etc. I'm looking for the best bang for the buck. Any good dive operators that you can recommend?

They're all good...so many Asian dive locations close to Japan.

However, remember that the planes are expensive and fill up fast, so you might want to decide and lock in soon....

It looks like I might head to China for some sightseeing instead. Flights are definitely tough to get this time of year!!
