Going to Bonaire

Just wanted to let everyone know I'm leaving for my first trip to Bonaire tomorrow (can you tell I'm excited?)
Anyway, I will post a report when I get back on the 14th. Really looking forward to getting my wreck diving specialty on the Hilma Hooker through my new friend Michael Schlink and the infamous Schlink Haus Scuba School of Humble, TX.

In my 13 year old's log book she wrote in the description section after diving the hooker ----

AWESOME !!!

However, the first thing she said when we drove the surface is - We're coming back when I am 15 so I can go to the bottom. (She is limited to 60' due to age).

You will like Bonaire. Since you are also from Fort Worth as I, if you want a great steak place it is on the left if you were going from the plaza resort into town, it is a white building and I can not remember the name and I ate there four nights. Best food that I could find on Bonaire. If you are a veggie type never mind. Oh bye the way do not let the female bartender wait on you for your food order, trust me on that one!!!

Yum, the best...we ate there 2x this past trip....we could barely put a dent into the mixed grill...had dinner and part of lunch the next day!
