Gluten free in Bonaire

Anyone have Gluten free dining experience in Bonaire. we are staying at Buddy dive in a few weeks and our 7 yr old (meaning, few to no veggies) has Celiacs.
We have apt w/kitchen but I DO NOT want to have to cook her 3 squares a day if avoidable. The resort is willing to help but not sure of there ability.

Anyone have any experience?

Actually, I live on Bonaire and follow a gluten free diet. The great thing about the restaurants is almost EVERYTHING is cooked to order, so I can specify exactly what I want. I do suggest bringing a few items with you like the pasta, I don't get pasta that often, only when I go back to the US and bring it back with me!
