I have already done a search on this so please don't ask me to again. the question I have is which mode of the Glo-Toob FX is best for underwater visibility without being annoying underwater. I have read much about underwater strobes being annoying underwater but I really don't think that this little thing is bright enough to be annoying. I admit I just got one and have not tried it underwater, but it just doesn't seem to be enough to be annoying like a xenon strobe would be. I think most of the posters here, when stating the underwater strobes are annoying, are refering to the big white xenon strobes, not something like this. I feel lke the two strobe modes would probably be the most attention grabbing if someone were looking for me if separated.

Also, what is the real battery life of these things? Might anyone know the most power saving mode?
