I have just heard that John Goodner, long time owner of Adventure Sports in Auburn, Alabama passed away last night. I don't know any details and I haven't searched the internet for any related articles. I do know this........

John has been responsible for introducing a gigantic number of Auburn University students to the sport of scuba diving. I would guess he has been responsible for many thousands of certifications over the years. He was a very nice guy and ran a nice scuba store. While I didn't have a close personal relationship with him, he was my friend. I will miss him, as will many.
