Forget the hype don't throw away your perfectly good cylinder just because your LDS does not have the training to inspect your cylinders properly. It is easier for them to just sell you a new cylinder, especially when it's not their money!
Located in Volusia County, we also pick up and drop off 2 days a week to Orange County.
All cylinders are professionally inspected to DOT, OSHA, CGA & PSI standards which include compliance with HM220F.
