Come diving the amazing Usukan WW2 wrecks off the West coast of Sabah. Borneo Dream, based in Kota Kinabalu, are the only Dive Operator running diving trips to these wrecks - so not only will you enjoy great diving but you'll be the only Divers in the water!

All of the wrecks lay in 26m – 40m of water and can have small to medium strong currents present, making them a dives for experienced leisure divers (minimum PADI Advanced Open Water Diver) and technical divers.

The most popular wreck to dive is called the 'Rice Bowl Wreck'. So-called because a cache of rice bowls was found in the bow when it was first dived, this is a relatively long vessel lying in a North Easterly direction in 40m at its deepest and 26m at its shallowest. The superstructure is punctured in many places, making exploration possible and interesting, and the metalwork is robust. The soft coral garden is memorable.

Combine a morning deep dive on the wrecks with an afternoon dive at the stunning, shallower Mayne Rock dive site. This gives you a decent diving bottom time for both dives!

The diving trip itinerary for our 'Get Wrecked' weekend in May is as follows:

29th May = Wreck & Mayne Rock Diving trip (2 Dives)
30th May = Wreck & Mayne Rock Diving trip (2 Dives)

We can also run a 'Get Wrecked' package for groups of Divers between April - October. We just need minimum 4 Divers.

We also provide FREE Nitrox (EANx30) for divers joining our wreck diving trip. If you're not yet a PADI Enriched Air Diver (or equivalent) we will provide a FREE Discover Nitrox dive as part of your first wreck dive.

If you are interested in joining this trip, or would like to know more, please contact DreamDiveGirl or the Borneo Dream team. :blinking:
