Gear shops - Cancun, Playa Del Carmen

Traveling to Cancun airport from Tulum today and looking for a place to buy some dive gear with left over pesos rather than frittering them away at the airport.

It's quite hard to google for places close to he coast that actually sell gear, as searching for the words 'dive' and 'shop' just tend to bring back places to go diving.

Anyone recommend anywhere? Probably just want a place with a reasonable selection of masks.

I've been on vacation last February and bought some gear in Scuba Price, both in Tulum and in Playa del Carmen.

A very limited stock and prices not remarkable.
There is another retailer in Playa del Carmen, a few blocks away from Scuba Price in the direction to Tulum, in 50 Avenida Sur and Calle 29 Sur. Its a Mares retailer. Also not remarkable.

There is a pretty good shop way up high in Cozumel, 85th??

There's an excellent shop near puerta aventuras south of playa del carmen, Under the Jungle. They cater to cave divers and have some excellent gear for sale.

There's a shop right near the square in Cozumel that has a good selection of masks, although the prices are a little on the high side. Still, if I were looking for a mask I'd try there. I can't remember the name of the shop.
