use those tank bangers that are a loop of bungee and a knob. snug your drysuit up your calf, put the loop doubled just under your knee and around your leg, and hook it around the knob. basically, like those ponytail holders that are a figure 8 and two knobs, but not quite. 
I've got a set of OMS gators, excellent condition, $20 plus shipping and they are yours.
