gallery trouble

A member that I know asked about my private gallery. I wanted to explain how I use it and went to the step by step thread to show an example. The first picture is wrong. I went to the gallery and see that picture #1 and the original photo of coming up the line are now the same as the original photo.....what made it do that?

I uploaded three different pictures and now under 3 different names I have the same picture. It was't like that when I uploaded them
