Sitting in Miami waiting for my connecting flight to NYC.

Just finished an amazing 10 day trip in the Galapagos. We saw 13 whale sharks, schools of eagle rays, hammerhead sharks, fish schools, all within touching distance.

If it's not already, it should be on your must dive list.

I was on the Aggressor II. Great crew. Interested to hear how you think Galapagos compares to Cocos.

Stunning clip, Ron. Really nicely done. Can't wait to see the rest!

Be sure and submit an ID photo to ECOCEAN USA for tracking purposes and they'll send you email updates any time your whale shark is spotted in the future.

How was the water temp? What were you wearing? 7mm & hood?

This has me pretty excited for my upcoming trip out there. I'll be aboard the Estrella Del Mar with Explorer Ventures. Can't wait...

Water temps varied. It went from 63 degf at the southern islands, up to 79 degf at wolf and darwin island. I brought a 7mm jumpsuit with integrated hood. Let the hood hang off my back at the warm sites.

Wolf and Darwin islands is where we saw all the whale sharks.
