My pictures of the beautifull reefs of St-Johns, South-Egypte, near the border with Sudan.

Taken with a G9 in Ikelite houding with a single Sea&Sea YS-110 strobe.

Pretty and awesome!

Are/were you on a live aboard? A local group here has an Egypt trip organized and I would so love to go. I think it would be an awesome trip.

My camera settings where mainly: iso 100, F-number 6.3, shutter-speed: variabel, white-balance: flash.

Most of the time I set my shutterspeed to how I want the background to look like (dark blue, ligt blue etc.) with my flashoutput on the flash itself I adjust how my main subject looks like.

So everything I adjust manually, nothing automatic.
