I'm looking to get a nice underwater camera and out there seems to be a wide varieties of cameras... My first camera was a sony w170 with 10 megapixels, got the housing from sony it worked great but the housing once in a while got fog even using the little dry bags, i was pretty happy with it, took great macro photos which i love. My camera was stole so then i upgrade to a new sony cybershot w350 with 14 megapixels, nice camera but everything is automatic which i hate, so now i'm thinking to get another one and seems like many people are getting the canon G11, any suggestions of why i should get the G11 or should i get another brand like nikon? then again the camera should have a macro manual setting and of course to fit in a housing.

welcome aboard
