Because I have too much time I weighed components of my Halcyon BPWs on a digital postal scale. For anyone trying to figure out weighting in advance I thought this information may be useful.

Halcyon SS Infinity w/40lb Eclipse wing - 12.94lbs
SS Infinity with harness, w/o the wing and STA - 8.72lbs
STA with 2 cam bands w/ ss buckles - 2.58 lbs
Eclipse 40 wing with inflator hose - 2lbs

Halcyon Aluminum backplate with harness ( no padding ) - 3.08lbs
Aluminum BPW w/ 40 Eclipse and STA - 7.42lbs

Thanks for the info! Since I am looking to purchase an Infinity next week this will help me quite a bit in figuring out if I need to go with the 40lb wing or the 30lb wing.
