Fusion package - pricing?

After reading all the reviews, having dove a fusion myself, and because I am not done diving for the winter, I have come to grips that I am buying this suit, I just don't know how much it will cost.
My question is more for any Fusion retailers, though if Whites can answer directly it would be fine as well. What would be a breakdown of MSRP for the following list, all factory built.

• White's Fusion Drysuit Lg/XL
• Limited Edition Tech Skin
• Two Pockets (Left and Right Thigh)
• Mini Urinal Release Valve
• Fusion Boot (I wear size 11 tennis shoes [size 12 boots?])

Thanks to any and all responses, just trying to see how much thinner my wallet is going to be.
