Hi,

I will use my 5060wz with its PT020 for the first time in 2 week and I found 1 function in the user guide

in french :
Dans le menu principal,
sélectionnez MODE MENU →
CAMERA → ACCESSORY → 1
(lentille de conversion) ou
(caisson étanche)

what is the use of this function ACCESSORY ?

thanks

What does it say in English?

OK, I read this in the reference manual in english :

In the top menu, select MODE
MENU → CAMERA → ACCESSORY
→ @ (conversion lens) or &
(underwater housing), and press
OK

please tell me for what are these functions ?
thanks a lot

You will acivate them when using the scuba gear (pt 020 housing) for the camera or the wideangle adapter (fisheye?). what i do not know is in what measure these functions modify the camera use/output.
Ciao

Does anyone else use this accessory mode when using the PT 020 housing? I didn't this week and I'm curious as to how it affects the shots.
Thanks

I do it has to be there for some reason or they wouldn't have programmed it in. I was told it has something to do with the wat the angle is set throught the lense of the housing so that when in wide angle it doesnt get the sides of the housing by a help tech at oly when i was inquiring on how to set my cam up for uwater pics. I dont know if this is true but it sounds reasonable.
